Event Spaces at The Forefront are free of charge for eligible community organisations and meetups who deliver free or low cost events with a focus on e-commerce, digital marketing, or design.

Main Event Space Stairwell
Our main event space can seat 50 people, with standing room available. HDMI into a 100″ screen and present with 2 x handheld mics and 4 x panel chairs available. Kitchen and fridges available for catering & drink storage.
Workshop Boardroom
Enjoy your workshop with riverfront views. With 12 seats, 2 x 75″ TVs, a Logitec meetup 2 Video Conference camera, and direct access to the outdoor patio deck.
Outdoor Alfresco Deck
Our Alfresco Deck overlooks the Brisbane river and city skyline, catering for 80 people standing. Outdoor furniture and high tables available, perfect for networking or casual gatherings. Outdoor power access for presentations or DJ equipment. Kitchen and fridges available for catering & drink storage.
