Brisbane’s newest creative coworking hub, The Forefront, is set to officially open its doors on 20 June 2025 at Northshore Brisbane.
As part of the $12 billion urban renewal vision for the Northshore Hamilton Priority Development Area, Economic Development Queensland invested $5.9 million into the development and build of the architecturally designed space.
The Forefront is designed to become a springboard for Queensland’s next generation of creators and innovators, offering access to industry events, strategic support, and growth programs.
Alongside its premium workspace design, The Forefront will be professionally managed by CoSpaces, a registered Queensland Real Estate Agency.
The CoSpaces team will oversee commercial operations including leasing, compliance, asset management, and strategy. They’ll also lead community development, partnerships, events, and program delivery – creating a fully integrated ecosystem for creatives.
The Forefront is currently home to The Creators Program. This is a 12-month initiative supporting 11 Brisbane-based creative startups through hands-on workshops and one-on-one mentoring with leading industry experts in performance marketing, data analytics, customer and revenue growth, and technology implementation.

Spanning 1,100 square metres in a purpose-built warehouse beside Eat Street Northshore, The Forefront blends industrial design with modern functionality. The space will accommodate up to 170 people across coworking desks, private offices, and meeting rooms – tailored for startups, e-commerce founders, digital media creatives, and tech-driven teams.
With opening day fast approaching, The Forefront is now welcoming private tours for those seeking riverside office space in Brisbane’s growing innovation precinct. Coworking memberships start at $270/month + GST and include access to high-speed Wi-Fi, meeting rooms, mailing services, premium kitchen facilities, and end-of-trip amenities.
